Studying has always been a pleasure for me, and it came naturally. For a long time, I planned to become a scientist. All the closest people to me – parents, uncles, aunts – were doctors, pharmacists, and dentists, so it was natural that my main interest was the human body. I was attentive to the smallest details, curious about how everything is interconnected, how various aspects influence each other, and what causes certain manifestations in the material world. However, fate gave me not only endless curiosity but also health challenges, which directed my attention towards pharmacy – at that time, I believed that drugs could solve all problems. I experienced what it means to want to live but not to have health and physical strength for it. I believe that I was deliberately led towards a goal – to learn how to help both myself and others. After all, we may perceive the world differently, choose different lifestyles and goals, but we are all united by a common human desire – the desire to feel good.
I solved my health problems over many years through various searches and trials in different areas. Thus, yoga and sports became part of my life, dietary habits changed significantly, and I regularly attended conferences, seminars, and various training sessions. Since 2015, endobiogenics has become the focal point of my life, as it helped and still helps me answer many emerging questions. Finally, I have the energy to share my experience and knowledge with people. I believe that in order to help a person regain their health, it is important to decipher the signals and signs sent by their body, interpret their blood tests, and identify the real causes of imbalance. This requires time and an understanding of the person as a whole – body, mind, and emotions. The relationship with the person is very important because through this relationship, our attitude changes, and together with that, we can expect changes in our health. After all, our health is influenced by many everyday choices we make.
When working with a patient, my first goal is to help them return to a state of balance because that’s when we function at our best. From the perspective of endobiogeny, the body is controlled by four endocrine hormone axes, and the nervous system calibrates their functioning. Hormones must interact proportionally and smoothly for our body to function in balance – like a four-wheeled carriage, it moves efficiently only when all four wheels are the same size and intact. I am delighted that we can achieve this naturally, using herbal preparations, amino acids, minerals, enzymes, coenzymes, and everything else that is close to our body and acts on it without side effects, but rather balances and complements it. My love for chemistry, pharmaceutical studies, and years of interest in plants and their effects on the human body led me to specific choices of plants and active substances that produce results because the human body recognises these substances and is adapted to use them optimally according to its needs. Just as it is better to repair a car with original parts, so the human body more effectively accepts naturally occurring, natural substances rather than chemically synthesized ones. However, not all natural substances are effective; this is determined by the technologies of their extraction and processing, ensuring stability, bioavailability, and other important aspects. The pharmaceutical industry synthesises many drugs based on natural molecules found in plants or other natural sources, but our body’s reaction to such products varies greatly because only a certain element is copied during replication, not the whole unique complex found in nature. Therefore, when consulting, I always analyze the body as a whole and prescribe advanced preparations to correct the balance of the whole.
From a state of balance, when a person is already a stable system, they can more easily implement plans to change their regimen, diet, physical activity, delve into psycho-emotional reasons, and analyse their behavioural patterns to achieve everything they dream of – slowly but surely. We can accomplish a lot when we don’t feel deficient and when our body does not constantly send signals of disturbance, such as pain, spasms, fatigue, etc. This is crucial for changes in well-being and long-term results. I aim to teach not only my patients but also all endobiogeny specialists, whom I have been teaching since 2019, and many of whom have already helped numerous people. In this day and age, there is so much information on how to live healthily, and yet there are so many people feeling unwell. This paradox can only be resolved by employing a comprehensive action plan – what, when, how, and why we will do in each individual case. The greatest gift for me is the opportunity to contribute to another person’s change for the better, and for that, I am infinitely grateful.
