The Secrets of Human Health Have Fascinated Me Since Childhood. I have been drawn to the secrets of human health since childhood. By the eighth grade, I had already firmly decided that I would become a doctor.
During my medical studies, I gained extensive knowledge about individual organ systems, their functions, disorders, and diseases. During the summers, I completed internships in the departments of Pediatric Endocrinology, Cardiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Ophthalmology. However, throughout my studies, I felt a lack of knowledge about the interconnection between different systems, a holistic approach to the human body as an indivisible whole, and answers to why my loved ones developed certain diseases and how I could help them.
I was thrilled when I read the book Endobiogeny: Personalized Medicine by Jean-Claude Lapraz and Marie-Laure de Clermont, the pioneers of endobiogeny. The ideas presented in the book aligned with my perspective on human health. In my opinion, a person is in balance when there is harmony between structure, biochemistry, emotions, and thoughts—everything is closely interconnected. For this reason, alongside my residency studies in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, I also began studying at the Endobiogeny Institute.
While studying endobiogeny, I became convinced that I had made the right choice, as it offers a deeper perspective on patients—focusing not only on eliminating symptoms but also on uncovering the root causes of diseases. My studies in endobiogeny brought me joy, as I discovered tools that could improve the well-being of my loved ones. Assessing functional biology indices, combined with a detailed patient history and physical examination, allows for an evaluation of nervous system and hormonal activity, determining whether a specific hormone is sufficient for an individual’s needs. This detailed information enables the prescription of individually tailored, regulatory endobiogeny-based products to enhance health.
A significant advantage of endobiogeny is its ability to detect a predisposition to certain disorders at the cellular level and take targeted preventive measures. Through collaboration between the specialist and the patient, endobiogeny can help find the path to better well-being. I am grateful to be able to guide my patients on this journey and celebrate positive results together.
