The mysteries of human health have fascinated me since childhood. In the eighth grade, I decided I would become a doctor.
During my medical studies, I gained extensive knowledge about individual organ systems, their functions, disorders, and diseases. However, I felt a lack of understanding regarding the connections between these systems and a holistic view of the person as an indivisible whole. I was thrilled when I came across the book Endobiogeny: Individualized Medicine by the founder of endobiogeny, Dr. Jean-Claude Lapraz, and Marie-Laure de Clermont. The ideas presented in the book aligned perfectly with my own view of humans and their health. In my opinion, a person is in balance when there is harmony between structure, biochemistry, emotions, and thoughts—everything is interconnected. Therefore, alongside my chosen residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation, I began studying endobiogeny.
While studying endobiogeny, I became even more convinced that I made the right choice because it takes a deeper look at the patient. It doesn’t just focus on symptom relief but seeks to uncover the underlying causes of disease. Evaluating biological function indices, together with a detailed patient history and physical examination, allows for an individualized assessment of each person’s neuroendocrine system and the prescription of endobiogenic products with a regulatory effect to strengthen health. A significant advantage of endobiogeny is its ability to detect a predisposition for certain disorders at the cellular level and take targeted preventive measures.
Through collaboration between the specialist and the patient, endobiogeny can help find a path toward better well-being. I am delighted to guide my patients on this journey.
