How is consultation according to the endobiogenic method?
For the first visit, the person visiting the clinic should allocate up to 2 hours. The consultation consists of 4 stages: questioning, examination, review of functional biology indices, and formulation of a health plan.
Before the consultation, you fill out a questionnaire, which helps the specialist initially review and recall your health history. During the consultation, the specialist asks you additional questions based on the data from this questionnaire. The onset of the disease is closely related to the functioning of the neuroendocrine system, so during a detailed interview, the specialist seeks to determine how this functioning manifests in various symptoms.
After confirming your health history, the specialist carefully and thoroughly examines you. Physical examination reveals how the activity of the neuroendocrine system is reflected in your body, movements, and behavior. Detailed body inspection is based on the same principles: not missing anything, examining everything, evaluating everything, and correlating signs with each other to better understand their significance. For example, your pupils’ reaction to light, their dilation, as well as the reaction of eyelids when a hand is brought close to the face or reflexes are observed, provide information about the response to stimuli. Rapid blinking can be a clear sign of a strong alpha sympathetic nervous system. The data collected at this stage provides additional, significant insights when evaluating your functional biology indices.
Together with your health history and the data collected during the examination, the specialist evaluates the activity of your nervous system and hormones, as well as metabolism, using functional biology indices. This involves how the neuroendocrine system affects the production, secretion, mobilization, and inactivation of blood elements, enzymes, and other active substances.
Functional biology indices are calculated by performing a comprehensive blood test analysis and using algorithms based on scientific data. In other words, functional biology serves as a map of the state of health conditions and at the same time, a tool to detect underlying imbalances in the body. These indices allow for the numerical (objective) determination of subtle connections between different organs of our body and help to better understand your true condition, select appropriate preventive measures, and devise a health plan.
This part often answers a person’s troubling questions about their health, such as why they feel tired or are gaining weight, where tension and anxiety come from, or any other emerging issues.
During the consultation, the specialist reviews not only your health issues and their root causes but also ways to improve health, such as changes in diet, physical activity, work, and rest routines that each person should integrate into their daily regimen. The goal is for the individual to leave the consultation not only with lifestyle recommendations but also with a prescription for an endobiogeny product. Unfortunately, depending on the complexity of the case, it may take several days to prepare the prescription to select the most suitable plants for you.
How to prepare for an appointment?
The consultation will be successful if you prepare for it thoroughly. Here’s what you need to do before coming for your appointment:
During the examination, you’ll need to undress – we recommend taking a shower and wearing comfortable clothes. It’s also best to come to the consultation without makeup, without nail polish, and it’s not advisable to even shave. All of this helps the specialist perform a more thorough examination and provides more useful information about the condition of your body.
- Before the consultation, it’s necessary to undergo the blood tests used in endobiogeny (unless the consultation is a follow-up and the specialist instructed otherwise). Perform the tests at least a week before the consultation.
For more information on blood tests: - Fill out a questionnaire, the link to which you will receive by email when you register for the consultation. The questionnaire will collect detailed information about your health history from birth to the present day.
