Medicine has been with me my whole life, but I began to take a keen interest in it several years ago, and in 2017, I enrolled to study physiotherapy, becoming a physiotherapist in 2020.
Realizing that I wanted to delve deeper into understanding the human body, I further explored various alternative methods of improving health, both physical and mental. This led me to discover and personally experience endobiogeny, which captivated me with its holistic approach to the individual, objectivity, and diagnostic accuracy. Coming from a background in mathematics, I know that numbers always tell the truth, and if you can apply the correct formula, error simply cannot exist. I was particularly impressed by the objectivity of the functional biology indices used in endobiogeny, which can objectively reflect the functioning of the human neuroendocrine system and indicate the cause of dysfunction, provided the patient has undergone appropriate blood tests.
In my understanding, the most important thing is to discover and address the root cause of illness or ailment, rather than just the symptoms. Thus, upon acquainting myself with endobiogeny, I immediately understood that it is precisely designed for this purpose.
By utilizing functional biology indices and information gathered during anamnesis and physical examination, in collaboration with the patient, it is possible to devise the best health plan tailored to them: incorporating lifestyle adjustments, dietary modifications, and herbal remedies.
Another area that enriches my knowledge gained from endobiogeny training is psychosomatics. Understanding how unresolved, unconscious complex situations in a person’s life can imprint on the subconscious, I can take a comprehensive look at the patient’s ailments and their causes. Often, endobiogeny and psychosomatics complement each other and together can be a powerful tool for improving human health.
It is important to emphasize that patient motivation, the desire to recover, and the creation of new, healthy habits are indispensable factors in seeking to feel better. To help one’s body, patience, discipline, love, and respect for one’s body are required.
Not everyone can achieve this independently; sometimes external assistance, encouragement, and guidance are needed. So, if you are ready for change and want to have a healthy, energetic, and strong body, I am ready to help you take the first steps towards better health!
