Since my school days, I have always been fascinated by human biology – those classes were such a pleasant and unique experience, incomparable to others, as we explored how we function ourselves. Therefore, the decision to study medicine was natural, and I embarked on it with great enthusiasm. However, upon starting to work as a physician in so-called traditional medicine, I encountered a sense of disillusionment – the hospital felt somewhat like a factory, problems were often addressed at the level of symptoms, and there was little time, and sometimes knowledge, to address them more meaningfully. This dissatisfaction led me to seek alternative ways to understand health issues and address them fundamentally.
Living and working abroad (in Germany and the USA) surprised me with the widespread integration of alternative branches of medicine into the healthcare system. I studied and experimented with functional medicine, Ayurveda, and even touched upon energy medicine like BodyTalk and Reiki. However, what truly delighted me was discovering and mastering the wonderful method of endobiogeny. Although it is very profound, complex, and encompasses the entirety of the human being, its principles are based on modern scientific knowledge, which is very important to many people. This method enables a comprehensive and objective assessment of disturbances in the endocrine system, our body’s manager, and the autonomic nervous system, revealing their weak (but at the same time strong!) points that manifest in various symptoms and diseases. This is crucial in any situation, especially when, for example, routine hormone tests are normal, and conventional diagnoses are impossible, yet the patient still experiences complaints. It is also heartening that I can use clinical phytotherapy to correct these imbalances, which is effective and, most importantly, a natural remedy, as well as offer personalized dietary and lifestyle correction advice tailored to specific needs.
Another passion of mine, as an obstetrician-gynecologist, is delving into the female biorhythm – the changes in a woman’s body and mind throughout the menstrual cycle. I completed a certification program in women’s neuropsychophysiology, and based on the acquired knowledge and the endobiogenics method, I aim to help women restore a deeper connection with their bodies, minds, and emotions. Living according to one’s personal biorhythm, feeling its power, rather than constantly struggling against the current, resolves health problems as well.
For almost 20 years, I have delved into human and bodily processes, and during that time, I realized and saw how incredibly wise this system is: it does not make mistakes but only sends us signals that something is wrong and always has the potential to heal. But the conditions need to be created for that. Therefore, good diagnostic and treatment methods are an important and often necessary starting point, support, and inspiration. I always rejoice in being able to find the root of the problem and effectively support patients on their healing journeys. It is even more delightful to help strengthen health and thereby prevent diseases. I am looking forward to collaborating with you!
P.S. To fully utilize my knowledge and skills, I primarily invite women to my consultations, especially those whose predominant and most troubling complaints are related to gynaecological issues.
